Two full categories, the road signs guide and a mock exam are free to everyone, with no account and no time limit. Premium exists to cover hosting and the database. It's a single payment of €7.99 until September 30, normally €12.99, not a subscription, and your access never expires. If you only ever use the free tier, that's completely fine.
